If at any time you have any questions regarding our practices or any of your rights described below, please contact us at info@coutrysidecr.com. We actively monitor and manage this inbox in order to provide you with an experience you can safely rely on.

What information do we collect?

We collect information so that we can provide you with the best possible experience when you use our Services. Much of what you probably consider personal data is provided directly by you when:

However, we also obtain additional information when we provide our Services to you to ensure necessary and optimal performance. These collection methods may not be obvious to you. For this reason, below we would like to highlight and explain a little more what they might be (as they change frequently) and how they work:

Cookies and similar technologies on our websites and in our mobile applications allow us to track your browsing behavior, know what links you click, your device type, and obtain various data, including analytics, about how you use and interact with our Services. This allows us to provide you with more relevant products, a better experience on our sites and mobile applications, and to collect, analyze and improve the performance of our Services. We may also collect your location (IP address) to personalize our Services. For additional information and to learn how to manage the technologies we use, please visit our Cookie Policy.

Service Usage data is automatically collected when you use and interact with our Services, including metadata, log files, cookie/device IDs and location information. This information includes specific data about your interactions with the features, content and links (including third party links such as social media plugins) that are within the Services, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, date and time the Services were used, information about browser settings and plug-ins, language preferences and cookie data, information about devices for accessing the Services, including device type, operating system used, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and error data. Some of this collected data may determine your approximate location and may be used for that purpose.

We may receive additional data about you from other sources, including public databases or third parties from whom we have acquired data, in which case we may combine this data with information we already have about you. This allows us to update, expand and analyze the accuracy of our records, identify new customers and offer you products and services that may be of interest to you. If you provide us with personal information about other people, or if other people provide us with information about you, we will only use such information for the specific purpose for which it was provided.

How do we use the information?

We believe strongly in minimizing the data we collect and limiting its use and purpose only (1)for which permission has been granted to us, (2)to the extent necessary to deliver the Services you purchase or interact with, or (3)to the extent we are required or permitted to do so to comply with legal obligations or other lawful purposes. These uses include:

Delivery, improvement, updating and expansion of the Services we provide you with
